Any winnings generated during a period of underage access shall be forfeited in full.
The Services offered by tri888 are intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable personal law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tri888 complies with any local laws that may apply to you.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been subject to self-exclusion orders, court-ordered gambling bans, or who are registered with any problem gambling exclusion scheme must not attempt to register or access tri888.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account with tri888. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. tri888 may reject registration or suspend accounts where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. tri888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
Security Recommendation: tri888 strongly encourages all Members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other website. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, balance, or any associated bonuses or loyalty points to any other person. Any attempted transfer will render the account subject to immediate closure.
Before tri888 processes any withdrawal request, the Member must complete identity verification (KYC). This process is mandatory and non-negotiable. tri888 may also request KYC documentation at any other point during the account lifecycle where it deems verification necessary.

If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction receipt.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the following business day. tri888 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request confirmation. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
Deposits must originate from, and withdrawals must be directed to, a bank account or e-wallet registered exclusively in the Member's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Currency Note: All account balances, bets, and payouts on tri888 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Large transaction amounts follow Indonesian convention: e.g., Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah), Rp 1.000.000 (one million Rupiah).
tri888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are the Member's sole responsibility. tri888 has no control over, and accepts no liability for, fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tri888 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "10x" means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be removed from the account automatically. tri888 is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
Promotions are available to eligible Members as determined by tri888 at its sole discretion. tri888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Members who have opted into an active offer.
All bets placed on tri888 are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. tri888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where explicitly permitted under specific product rules.
Odds displayed on the tri888 sportsbook are subject to change in real time based on market movements. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the system, not the odds displayed at the moment the selection was added to the bet slip. tri888 operates on decimal odds format by default; other formats (fractional, Hong Kong, Malay, Indonesian) may be available in account settings.
tri888 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

All casino and slot game outcomes on tri888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published within each game's information panel. tri888 does not alter game outcomes in any way and does not have the ability to influence RNG results once a game round has commenced.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at tri888's discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. tri888 accepts no liability for technical issues that prevent a Member from placing a live bet before a market is suspended.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tri888. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any tri888 content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of tri888 intellectual property may result in legal action.
tri888 endeavors to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond tri888's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. tri888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of service downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tri888's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tri888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tri888 uses personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. tri888 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
You may close your tri888 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
tri888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a Member has violated these Terms & Conditions or where account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. In the case of closure due to Terms violations, balances may be forfeited as permitted by applicable law.
Upon account termination, your right to access and use tri888 services ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of the account relationship.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tri888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to tri888's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits tri888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security interests.
tri888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
